To all of my class students .
IMPORTANT !

Venue : ECP, Blk D Pit 38
Date : 23rd Dec 2009

I need suggestions of BBQ food.
Currently on list are :

- Chicken (perhaps 2 types of coating)
-FishBalls
-Hotdogs
-Prawns
-Sweet Potatoes
-Corn
-Marshmallows


* Our budget is very tight . I seek everyone understanding.
Total money we have collected is : $190
I have deducted $20 for the booking of pit. Therefore we are left with $170 for food and miscellaneous.
If possible , I do hope that on grad day which is 20 Nov or Results Day 18 Dec , you people might give a little bit of cash for this BBQ Pit .
For the satisfaction of everyone I do hope that you guys are willing .
Please be inform that if I were to top up above $20 dollars . I need you all to pay me up on that day.
I will provide evidence . All receipt will refrain for prove in case some of you do not believe me .

*Some of the item is not meant for buying but i want to know who has it such as radio . Those that volunteers to bring so.
*ALSO . I hope that some of your parents are willing to cook us some food (volunteerily). Therefore we have heavy food. Those that help , it is sincerely appreciated.
